Dear Pat Hoferkamp
In this age of not caring about the quality of the job, and interest in only of the completion of it, i must tell you of a woman that stands up strong in the face of all of this. My wife and I are truly lucky to have know Rosa Tarantino, and have her facilitate the sale of our house in Maplewood, NJ. Without Rosa, the sale would never have materialized. Rosa was in total control of each and every step.
She was able to price our house so that we could sell it for the maximum amount of money. I personally, was disappointed at her price suggestion however, she came to make me realize that the market being what it is could not support any more. All through the process, Rosa knew what to do, no matter the problems that arose. As we got ever closer to the closing, each and every day saw complication upon complication, yet Rosa's professional wisdown and her wonderful smile handled all of it with friendly competence.
Her ability was underscored by the inability of the buyer's representative. Not only did Rosa supervise the selling of my house, she too helped the other side, without which, the deal would surely have not survived. I am now sitting in my new wonderful home in Scottsdale, Arizona. My wife and i are enjoying the wonderful weather, the wine, and the new lifestyle that Rosa Tarantino made possible. Not only do we admire her competence as each and every problem was resolved, but her friendly manner was always punctuated by Rosa's wonderful smiles.
